I got to spend a few minutes listening to 9 Pound Hammer yesterday at Destination Harley in Fife. It's called Taco Thursdays and Harley owners ride in for a couple of tacos, meet up with friends and admire some Harleys. And - wow - are there bikes to admire. . .
There are 100 or more bikes to gaze upon & listen to as they throttle up & head in or out of the parking lot. If you don't admire a beautiful Harley, the people watching is great too. There are leather jackets, leather chaps, leather hats, various helmet styles, doo rags & numerous tshirts to read. . .
The music - the guys sounded great. I heard Sins of the Father - this is my new favorite tune. Dustin & Todd's voices compliment each other so well. I have to ask Dustin about Just Works Out That Way - what inspired those lyrics. . . it's such an interesting story . . . Jake was solid on the drums as always.
9 Pound Hammer will be back at Destination Harley May 21st. Starting time is 5pm. If it's a nice day & you can swing it, I highly recommend you head to Fife. My guy even wants to go again. . .
